Our Story
It started with a coffee. It became a mission to rebuild Syria.
The Spark of an Idea
In 2025, just after the fall of the Assad regime, Damascus was buzzing with something it hadn’t seen in years: hope.
It was during that moment of national shift that I—Ali Ganama—met Mohamad Alarashi completely by coincidence at a social event. What started as small talk quickly turned into a serious conversation about what Syria needed next.
Not politics. Not headlines.
Systems. Infrastructure. Digital control. Operational clarity.
Mohamad told me about a platform his company had used in Saudi Arabia: Odoo. He talked about how flexible, scalable, and practical it was—and how Syria desperately needed something like it. I was intrigued. We agreed to meet again.
"One meeting turned into many. Then came late nights, research marathons, and the feeling that this wasn’t just an idea—it was a responsibility."
The Team
If we wanted to rebuild, we had to start with how the country runs. That’s when we brought in our third co-founder: Omar Al Kassmy. He wasn’t just the missing link—he was the amplifier.
Ali Ganama
Structure – Execution
"I bring the work ethic and operational discipline to turn ideas into reality."

Mohamad Ala Rashi
Technical Vision – Strategy
"I see how all the moving parts can connect—and how to build it."

Omar Al Kassmy
Communication – Leadership
"I get people aligned, open doors, and bring visibility to what we’re doing."
That’s how LTS was born: Levant Technologies and Solutions.
Not from a pitch deck — from shared purpose and trust.
We didn’t start with money. We started with belief.
Our first three clients — JCI Syria, AGM Engineering, and Bareeq Team — paid nothing. We covered the costs, because the investment wasn’t in them — it was in us. We needed to prove our value by delivering real, working systems that organizations could trust.
And we did.
We hired coders. Built a delivery model. Structured our operations between Damascus, Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, and Dubai. And we kept going.
LTS isn’t just here to sell ERP systems.
We’re here to make things work.
To bring order where there’s chaos.
To build the backbone of a smarter, more agile Syria — one system at a time.
This is more than a company. It’s our contribution to the country we believe in.
